Steve and I learned over our opening weekend that Libertyville is a quaint town that has the biggest heart! It’s also the new home to Coppolillo’s Italiano and they gave us one of the most heartwarming receptions we’ve ever seen.

Taking over a restaurant location that has been a staple in Libertyville was not an easy task. As life-long restaurateurs, we understand that we would be judged by those that came before us. Make no mistake, every restaurant has a soul that speaks to the regulars, calling them to this restaurant for food, fun, cocktails, and comfort.

We can honestly say our opening weekend was attended by people from all walks of community – including people who have lived in Libertyville for years, as well as new residents who have just moved there recently. As new neighbors and friends, we couldn’t have been more happy with how it turned out. We were touched that so many people came to show their support and welcome us into the community!
